With a PawsBiotic subscription, you can choose your preferred delivery interval—monthly, every two months, every three months, or every six months—to best suit your needs.

How can I change my next order date or skip a delivery?

To manage your subscription in this way…

  • Login to your account dashboard using your email address
  • You will be emailed a verification code which you can use to log in securely
  • In the middle of the page, choose from the pink action item buttons
  • Click the buttons for “Set Next Order Date” or “Skip Next Order” to be given the option to decide when your next order will ship

How can I change the frequency of my subscription?

To manage your subscription in this way…

  • Login to your account dashboard using your email address
  • You will be emailed a verification code which you can use to log in securely
  • Once inside your account, scroll to the bottom of the account dashboard
  • You can use the Frequency drop-down to change how often you receive a delivery
  • We offer subscriptions monthly, every two months, three months, or six months

How can I change the amount of packs I receive in each delivery?

  • Login to your account dashboard using your email address
  • You will be emailed a verification code which you can use to log in securely
  • Once inside your account, view the products in your subscription under the heading “Recurring Products”
  • You can edit the amount of each product you will receive in your upcoming shipment next to the product name and icon

Can I update my subscription's shipping address or payment information?

  • Login to your account dashboard using your email address
  • You will be emailed a verification code which you can use to log in securely

  • Click “Update my info” to make necessary changes to your shipping or billing information

How can I cancel my subscription?

What is your return policy?

We’re pleased to offer a 30-day Guarantee that is designed to give you and your dog the opportunity to try PawsBiotic for the first time, risk-free. If you or your pup are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less our processing fee of $4.95).

How can I return an item?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been processed, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Where is PawsBiotic made?

Is your packaging recyclable?

PawsBiotic's packaging is 100% recyclable. One of our goals is to eliminate the plastics found in so many pet products that end up ruining the oceans and many natural habitats. Our packaging is entirely plastic-free, and we plan to continue to do this in the future.

Will PawsBiotic's products work with my cat?

While we truly love all animals, PawsBiotic's products are specifically formulated by veterinarians for use by dogs. At this time, we do not offer products for cats, though expanding to feline-friendly options is something we are actively considering for the future.

What do I do if my dog doesn't like the taste?

If your dog is hesitant to try our chews, we suggest starting with half a chew or mixing it into their regular meals. Many have also found success by pairing the chews with a small amount of peanut butter or cheese!

International Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we have international shipping available to every major country.

We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future and will be sure to share updates as we grow. To stay informed, we recommend subscribing to our email list.

How soon will I receive my package?

For our international customers, orders may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. In some cases, shipments may be divided into multiple packages to help prevent delays at customs due to quantity restrictions.

How much does shipping cost?

For one-time, non-subscription orders, standard international shipping is $9.95. PawsBiotic's subscribers receive 25% off of their orders (including free shipping)

Are duties and taxes covered in your flat-rate shipping?

Customs duties and taxes are not included in our flat-rate shipping cost and may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s progress.
